Hello, my name is Debbie and I am the proud owner of “Without A Hitch Planning” providing wedding and events management and co-ordination services including corporate events and functions.
I offer a bespoke and personal service to each individual client, everyone’s needs, requirements
and challenges are completely different and no two events are ever the same, which I absolutely love.
My role is to ensure that all events (no matter how big or small) run smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish. I can co-ordinate every detail of your event, from beginning to end managing:

I also offer a wide range of wedding and venue décor; such as centrepieces, 8ft wedding archway, table plans, personalised photo booths, personalised wedding post box, top table arrangements, aisle arrangements, chair covers, chair sashes and bows, table runners, sweetie tables, kids corners and many more.

Wedding Planner / Management:
Being a bride myself, a bridesmaid many times and a wedding guest goodness knows, I've lost count. I fully appreciate how daunting, difficult and stressful it can be to try and deal with multiple suppliers, phone calls, emails and organising all the appointments while trying to work, run a household, look after the kids and squeeze in a social life - but that's what I'm here for.
I can be as involved in your wedding as much or as little as you want me to be. I can manage everything on your behalf from start to finish or I can deal with certain aspects of your wedding that you'd prefer me to manage. I am flexible and can adapt to your specific requirements.
If you are getting married abroad and would prefer to have a UK contact to meet with regularly and deal with your overseas suppliers I'm all yours!
Wedding & Venue Décor:
I offer a number of personalised and exquisite wedding and venue décor options. Packages can be flexible, accommodating and completely personalised to each couples individual needs and requirements. Each package can be customised to tie in with your wedding theme and all possible options can be explored. These packages really bring your wedding day to life and can add character to any venue.
Hen & Stag Parties:
Everyone loves being asked to be part of someone’s special day but are absolutely terrified at the thought of having to organise and co-ordinate the stag and hen parties. It can be a full on and overwhelming experience, especially for those who don't have natural organisational skills. There are lots of different personalities on top of the fact they have never met most of the attendee’s before. What better way to give your bridal party the experience that they also deserve than to book me who can take all that stress away for them, let them take full credit and watch everyone have the most amazing time!
I can help coordinate and manage corporate events and functions, birthdays, engagement celebrations, travelling holidays, weekends away, functions, conferences, outdoor events and even a personalised Christmas shopping package - no event is too big or too small so feel free to contact me for a free quotation or complimentary meeting to discuss your needs and requirements.
